The Fostering Arts and Culture steering committee invites feedback and revision to its long-term economic goals.

The first goal currently reads:

Increase the organizational capacity of the partnership to support and sustain strategic development of individual arts businesses and the regional creative economy. Strengthened collaboration and coordination will result in added economic impact that can’t be done individually. Cooperation and consensus built through joint participation in a coordinated strategic planning process will strengthen collaboration and result in added economic impact.

I’m wondering if we need to narrow the parameters, maybe focus on building partnerships between artists and businesses? Our broad system/cultural focus is harder to define and engage.
