Hello fellow artist,
Wouldn't it be great If you could Live, Work and show your work without having to get in your car. I have found a Building where this is possible!!!
3 Floors of 3000 sqft each. !st floor is a store front with large windows. I think would be great for a Gallery. 2nd floor is an awsome openfloor plan space for studios and work places (it could even be subdived). And the 3rd floor is a Large 5 bedrrom apartment with large eat-in kitchen and laundry room. THis Last one could be great for five artis to live together then share the studio space and run their own gallery.
