Ashfield MA Phone: 413 628-4505 I am a comtemporary Botanical Artist and Illustrator who specializes in aesthetically pleasing, scientifically accurate watercolor paintings of plants. I am known for my plant portraits of native trees, their leaves and fruits, of ferns and of "groupings" of plants from my own gardens and surrounding woods. I am interested in capturing the life of the plant in its perfection and, often more interestingly, in it's imperfections, those marks of a life lived with weather, insect and human interactions.I accept commissions.
